Entry Requirements (one day adventure race)

• competitors race if they are 14 years old and if they are accompanied by an adult in a team and have their parental consent signed
• if you are 16 years or older on day of race you need parental consent signed (competitors between 14 and 18 years old cannot race as a solo)
• be familiar with off road biking and trail running
• be able to read a map
• be suitably equipped with the required kit throughout event
• be prepared to follow the rules and conditions set out for you
